LUCKNOW: News from parents across the country have been giving different names to Covid's 19-year-old babies born as Kovid, Lockdown and Corona.
Parents of the baby who was born in a private hospital in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh on Sunday, followed this 'trend'. Named after his son- sanitizer.
Omveer Singh, who hails from Vijay Vihar and his wife, Monika, gave their son a different name. Omveer Singh said that the sanitizer was able to defend the corona and hence the name was given to his son.
As soon as the baby was born, he said he would name the baby sanitizer. Mother Monica adds that the staff at the hospital have laughed at it but we are happy with the name.
Earlier, there were reports of a couple who gave birth to a baby girl named Corona on the day of the Janataarfu day announced by the Prime Minister.
